Suzanne Kiefer, Chairman of the Board, Heart House Dallas.  Suzanne Kiefer is co-founder of Heart House and Chairman of the Board for Heart House Dallas. Suzanne served as Executive Director in a volunteer capacity when its pilot program began. She has been responsible for managing, directing and implementing Heart House policies, programs and operations, and leads efforts to create and develop curriculum for the children. Suzanne and the Heart House staff work closely with families, communities and schools to build a strong network that cares and provides for the children and in turn improves the larger community.

Under Suzanne's leadership, Heart House has grown to several locations, serving hundreds of children in grades K-8 since the inception of the program. In that time, over 300 volunteers have helped the Heart House mission.

In addition to the time she dedicates to Heart House, Suzanne works as an intellectual property consultant. She is also a certified mediator.

Suzanne is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas where she participates in projects such as art enrichment, fundraising, juvenile mediation, public affairs, and research and development. Suzanne is a member of the Texas Aftershool Association and continues to also stay involved in other community volunteer efforts.

Jeffrey G. Hamilton.  Since 1997, Jeffrey Hamilton has been a Partner in the Litigation Section at Jackson Walker L.L.P. Prior to this, he was a Briefing Attorney (1995-1997) to the Honorable Terry R. Means, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas. Hamilton received a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1992. He graduated with distinction from Emory University School of Law in 1995. Hamilton became involved with Heart House through Suzanne Kiefer. His volunteer experience includes serving as a big brother for Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Amy Krumholz.  Amy Krumholz joined the Heart House Board in 2005. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas in 1985, and shortly thereafter started a womens' clothing showroom at the Dallas Apparel Mart, which she operated for 14 years.  Before selling her business, she served as regional sales representative for over 75 clothing manufacturers. Amy has served on the Board of Directors of the Episcopal School of Dallas and has been an active member of many non-profit organizations throughout North Texas. 

S. Todd Leveridge.  Todd Leveridge has over 15 years of experience in employee benefits consulting and outsourcing.  A Baylor University graduate, Todd began his career at MetLife in a two-year management training program where he gained experience in the managed care claims, underwriting, account management, and network operations departments.  He then worked in National Accounts for 8 years with Prudential Healthcare focusing on sales and service of employers with 1000+ employees.  In the fall of 1999, Todd co-founded CompLink, a COBRA, HIPAA, and FSA outsourcing company.  Todd was influential in the tremendous success of CompLink quickly growing the organization into the most successful and technologically advanced outsource administrator in the market.  Upon the sale of CompLink to CONEXIS, Todd joined Lockton Dunning Benefit Company in February 2004 as Senior Vice President.  Todd’s professional areas of expertise include: 

  • Development of corporate benefit strategies;
  • Analysis and design of welfare benefits plans, including Life/AD&D, Disability, Medical and Dental plans;
  • Managed care analysis and network evaluations;
  • Technical assistance with health and welfare compliance requirements;
  • Review of vendor capabilities, plan design, and funding alternatives;
  • Preparation of vendor capabilities, plan design, and funding alternatives;
  • Preparation of employee communication materials and review of plan documents and summary plan descriptions; and
  • Benefits Outsourcing solution evaluation.

Todd has served on the Board of Directors of SWBA as Secretary and Membership Chair.  He is also actively involved in DBGH, SHRM, and the Stonebriar Country Club Membership Committee.

Elizabeth Moundas.  Elizabeth is a graduate of Fordham University, with a degree in Finance.  Elizabeth is dedicated to community service, and brings a invaluable skill set to the Heart House Dallas board.

Debi Olson.  Debi joined the Heart House board in 2006, bringing 23 years of experience, primarily in the insurance industry.  Her history includes Cigna, Unum, Protective Dental (now Assurant), and is currently a Dental & Life Consultant for HumanaDental.

Debi has served in many capacities in the past, leading groups to serve as outreach ministry projects, visiting nursing homes, children’s homes, and hospitals.  She has raised funds for Jonathon’s House, United Way, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, American Cancer Society, and the March of Dimes, as well as volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House. 

Amy Stewart.  Amy Stewart is a practicing lawyer, and is a partner at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP.  She handles complex business litigation including commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts, fraud and misrepresentation, and deceptive trade practice claims. She also addresses insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, construction litigation, professional liability litigation, ERISA litigation and managed care litigation.

In addition to the time she dedicates to Heart House, Suzanne has worked as a paralegal and staff supervisor specializing in intellectual property at Haynes & Boone, LLP. Prior to joining Haynes & Boone, Suzanne worked for ten years as a litigation paralegal in environmental abd labor & employment law. She is currently an intellectual property consultant, and is also a certified mediator.

Suzanne is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas where she participates in projects such as art enrichment, fundraising, juvenile mediation, public affairs, and research and development. Suzanne is a member of the Texas Aftershool Association and continues to also stay involved in other community volunteer efforts.

Anna Land

Anna Land is one of the founders of Heart House, and serves as the chairman of the national board of directors for the organization. In addition to this role, Anna focuses on strategic planning, fundraising, advocacy, and growth and development for Heart House.

Anna started her advertising and web design firm, Anna Land Design, in 1999. Previously, Anna was the national director of marketing for Transwestern Commercial Services, one of the largest privately held real estate investment and corporate advisory companies in North America. She has over a decade of both agency and client-side advertising and marketing experience. 

Anna's community volunteerism focuses on bringing resources and opportunities to underprivileged communities. Anna is the immediate past chair of the
Travis County Afterschool Network and is currently the Vice President of the Texas Afterschool Association. Anna is an Ambassador Emeritus of the Afterschool Ambassadors, a program of the Afterschool Alliance, in partnership with JCPenney and the Mott Foundation, and has been a finalist in the Austin Under 40 Awards.  Anna is a Community Sabbatical grantee at the University of Texas Humanities Institute under the director of Dr. Sarah Jane Rehnborg of the RGK Center for Philanthropy.

Anna is a member of several professional organizations, including the the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Austin Young Women's Alliance, CEO Roundtable of the Small Business Administration, the American Marketing Association, and the Public Relations Society of America.
